Andrew Baxter,
President, Sustainable Energy Solutions,
Chart Industries

Andrew Baxter
co-founded Sustainable Energy Solutions at the end of 2008 to help develop a breakthrough integrated carbon capture and energy storage technology. He has led the company through the development and demonstration of this technology to date and remains the president and CEO of SES which was acquired by Chart Industries in December of 2020. Prior to his work at SES, Andrew spent two years at Zinch.com. He holds a degree in Economics and Business from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Rice University.

Klaus Payrhuber,
Strategic Product Development Manager,
INNIO Group

Klaus Payrhuber
holds a strategic product development manager position at INNIO Jenbacher. He currently works on the hydrogen initiatives for making gas engines ready for hydrogen operation. Klaus graduated from Graz university of technology, holds a PhD in mechanical engineering and has 23 years of experience in the energy industry.

Ulrich Schmitz,
Marketing Manager,
Atlas Copco

Ulrich Schmitz
has more than two decades of experience in sales and project handling of tailor-made turbo machinery for markets such as industrial gases, power generation, chemical/petrochemical and oil & gas. In his current role as Marketing and Product Manager he is based at Atlas Copco Energas in Cologne, Germany. Prior to this, he was responsible for Atlas Copco Gas and Process product applications in the oil & gas industry. He spent several years in Singapore as a regional sales manager for Southeast Asia and China where he learned that responses need to be fast, broad product and application experience is important as well having the right relationships. Ulrich holds a diploma in mechanical engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne.
